National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship, and Management (NIFTEM-T), a pioneering research and educational institution under Government of India is located in Tanjore, Tamil Nadu. The Institute’s initial mandate was  to  find  solutions  to  preserve  high-moisture  paddy  as  paddy  harvest  season  in Southern India coincided with the tail end of the Southwest monsoon. Our Solar Air Heating system has aided them in drying paddy in a hygienic and cost-effective manner.
